Lite dinner but kenyangggg...

Baru je habis mkn ni as a dinner tonite....


Sup sayur berpasta (nama aku reka sendiri)..

Very simple and easy to prepare..and most important less calorie and delicious too..Got this recipe from my friends masa menumpang tido umah dia x lama dulu..Thanks sue...Skrg ni, menu jenis gini lah menjadi dinner aku... sedapppp and terangkat beb...hehe..Ada sapa2 nak resepi?? X kisah la ada org nak cuba ke x..Tp aku baik hati nak letak resepi ari ni...Ni dia

Broccoli
Carrot
Cauliflower
Jagung muda
Potato
Jejari ketam
Bebola (x kisah la chicken ball ke squid ball ke)
Pasta (sebaiknyer guna wholemeal pasta)
Lada jarum (cili padi)
Bawang putih tuk menumis
Minyak (pls use olive oil to cut the calories)

Cara-cara:

Tumis bawang putih. Masukkan air ikut suka byk mana pun. Berpada2 lah.. Masukkan potato n pasta tuk bg lembut dulu. Dah lembut masukkan bahan2 lain. Tunggu jap or sampai mengglegak..Then siap!!..Senang kan??? Klu rasa nak letak sos tiram sket pun boleh..oppss..jgn lupa garam dan gula..Sesesap rasa yer.. Sup ni best lg klu mkn skali ngan sambal kicap. Tp i mls nak buat. So, letak byk2 terus cili padi masa masak ....sentappp...

  1. hahaha...resepi yg aku invent mmg best :)....skrg kalau sup tu akan tambah ikan lagi...so ada source protein sekali tau...kalau ikan merah yg besar tu lah sedap...

    masa tumis bwg pth tu letak ikan sekali...goreng kejap jer utk each side...then masuk dlm sup..
